			Our Supplier Spot: Green Farm at Helliefield Melton's is featuring Limestone Beef on our menu in February. The Highland cattle of Hellifield graze on the limestone pavements of the Dales. These cattle were specifically chosen to breed here because, apart from having an amazing flavour, unlike sheep, they will not eat the flora and fauna and therefore will not destroy the natural beauty of the Dales area around Malham. We get our Limestone beef from Green Farm at Hellifield. Green Farm is situated on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales, and the animals graze within the National Park. They farm about 350 acres in three blocks from Green Farm, Hellifield. In addition we run some of our Highland cattle at the Malham Cove beauty spot under an agreement with another farmer. With the Highland Beef animals being raised predominantly on grass, this extremely natural, healthy product is low in fat, low in cholesterol, high in Omega 3 and very tasty!

First Saturday Lunches
A longstanding and highly popular tradition at Melton’s, the First Saturday Lunches are themed four course meals served at 12 noon and 1.30pm. At only £26 per person they are very popular and booking is necessary (01904 634341).
Monthly Monday Meal - due to the success of the First Saturday Lunches, we now repeat the theme on the following Monday evening. We also include wine with the meal for only £33 per person

Mtoo Produce Dinners
Mtoo run quarterly dinners throughout the year allowing you to sample regional Yorkshire produce. The regional dinners are ticketed events.

Our opening hours for Meltons are Tuesday - Saturday lunch 12pm - 2pm, Monday to Saturday evening 5.30pm - 9.30pm
For 'early bird', click on the Party Menu. For Races days, Easter and Mother's day, click on other special days.
