The turnover of staff at Melton's is comparatively low because it is a very small team in a family-like atmosphere. Full-time jobs are therefore very few and far between.

opening hours are Tuesday - Saturday lunch 12pm - 2pm, Monday
to Saturday evening 5.30pm - 9.30pm
